For some reason I decided it would be a good idea to do a competition.  This is how my at home practice went....

      This is what my final dish looked like.  (After it had been sitting there for a while.) Looking back I would have done things a little differently, I guess that is all part of the learning process.  

I was shocked to find out that I actually took 3rd place in the competition with my roasted chicken dish.  I was so terrified!
